Return Instructions
Americana Manhasset GiftCards are not redeemable for cash or refunds and CANNOT be returned.
To return products purchased from Hirshleifer’s at americanamanhasset.com, please follow the instructions below.
1) Contact Americana Manhasset for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Email us at returns@americanamanhasset.com within 10 days of receiving your order. All goods must be packaged in original packaging and condition and ready for UPS pick up within three business days after receiving your RMA. Return shipping is FREE of charge.
2) Complete the return slip you received with your order and enclose in your package. Place your item(s) into a sealed unmarked carton and ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.
3) After receiving your RMA Number, a customer service representative will send UPS with a return service label to pick up your package. Please have your package prepared for return upon receipt of the RMA number. UPS will pick up your package, affix the return label, and provide a receipt with your return tracking number. If the package cannot be picked up on the first attempt, the driver will attempt to collect the package on each of the next two business days. If, after three attempts, the package has not been picked up, the driver will return the label back to Americana Manhasset.
