Veronica Beard Fall 2020 - Runway Review
February 11, 2020

"We Want It All" was the title of Veronica Beard's show, and the collection revealed nothing less: from floral and corduroy to gingham, leather, glitter and fringe, Fall 2020 marked not only the brand's first-ever runway show, but a real re-focus on the cornerstones of a woman's wardrobe. Set to Dolly Parton's feminist anthem "9 to 5," the Veronica Beard label, now 10 years young, brimmed with wardrobe staples Veronica Miele Beard and her partner (and sister-in-law) Veronica Swanson Beard have perfected over the years.
Their creative energy resulted in a sophisticated lineup of materials, textures and patterns -- beautifully styled and showcased for everyday wear. The power suit came in variations of corduroy, faded gingham glitter and all black. Witness a fringed teal suede blazer paired with a floral ruffle skirt; a gingham grey blazer worn over a fitted leather bustier paired with mustard yellow leather pants and a long-sleeved tight black dress sparkling with glitter fringe.
