Victoria Beckham Fall 2018 - Runway Review

Congrats on 10 years! It's hard to believe that a decade has passed since Victoria Beckham  first debuted her namesake collection with one-on-one appointments at the Waldorf Towers. The designer's fall show kick-started what will be a year of celebrations, beginning with the move to London for her Spring 2019 show. As for her fall show, Beckham continued to prove her adept ability to design for today's [working] woman. Any woman worth her Céline wardrobe would be wise to welcome Beckham's designs into her wardrobe.

Shifting her label's aesthetic has proven to be a fabulous move. More tailor-focused than ever, Beckham's pieces prove she is more than a one-trick designer. While she hasn't gone full tracksuit (yet), her embrace of ease is much welcomed. This collection focused more in suiting, mostly in shades of military-approved hues. Simple silky silhouettes in monochromatic colors, tailored coats and statement outerwear, accessories ranging from strappy belts to the subtle shoulder pad... they all helped to spice things up. And lest we forget, a gorgeous leopard trench coat.
