Ghurka Pop-Up at Americana Manhasset

Just in time for the holiday season, Ghurka has opened a special pop-up at Americana Manhasset through mid-January. Located on the north side of the center flanked by Burberry and Fendi, the intimate boutique carries the full breadth of men's and women's leather goods and travel accessories. Completely made in the USA under the design direction of creative director, and ex-Ralph Lauren veteran, Kathy Formby, the brand draws its inspiration from its military roots with a nod toward the spirit of adventure.

Ghurka's leatherwork blends durability with a discreet, urban fashion sensibility. Among the refined styles available are a number of handmade and individually numbered goods, which include luggage, satchels, messengers, totes and cross body bags made from a variety of rich textiles, including French bull skin, a leather that progressively softens with age.
